Webforge Agreement Terms & Conditions

This Agreement outlines the terms under which Webforge Design (“we” or “us”) provides website development and hosting services to the Client (“you” or “the client”).

1. Services Provided

  • We will build a custom website for you (up to 5 pages), hosted on our servers.
  • Website is built using modern platforms and is mobile-friendly.
  • Free design is provided; you only pay for hosting and any optional upgrades.

2. Hosting & Fees

  • A one-time payment of €350 + VAT is required before any work begins.
  • This covers 2 years of hosting and maintenance.
  • If additional pages are required beyond the initial 5, a fee of €50 per page will apply.
  • Any updates or adjustments post-delivery are charged at €45/hour.
  • If paid plugins are required, the client must cover the plugin cost.

3. Timeline & Content Provision

  • After payment, the client agrees to submit all required materials (text, images, business details, etc.) within 30 days.
  • If no content is provided within 30 days, Webforge Design reserves the right to cancel the project without refund.

4. Contract Duration & Renewal

  • This agreement is valid for a 2-year term.
  • After 2 years, hosting will automatically renew unless cancellation is requested in writing at least 30 days before renewal.
  • Renewal terms and pricing will be communicated in advance.

5. Early Termination

  • If you wish to terminate this agreement before the 2 years are complete, the full €350 + VAT is still due and non-refundable.

6. Ownership & Platform

  • The website is hosted on Webforge Design servers.
  • We retain the right to manage hosting and platform settings.

7. Advertising

  • No advertising will be placed on your website.

8. Support

  • Email and chat support is available for minor troubleshooting and guidance.
  • Major redesigns or new feature requests will be quoted separately.

9. Legal

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Malta.

By making payment, you agree to the above terms. This agreement is binding for the duration of your hosting contract.
